David Flor, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

David has been a software developer in the business sector since the late 80s, doing programming work for International Business Machines while attending the University of Miami and Florida International University (where he studied Computer Science and Mathematics from 1989 to 1994). Some of his most recent work experience has been with a local Internet advertising company (now owned by Sapient), developing numerous systems used for online promotions by Citibank, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Burger King and others.

During all this time, although he has been making a living off business applications (inventory management systems, shipping systems, market research software, etc...), he has been a game developer as part of RedeemedSoft, who created The Opera, a "total conversion" add-on for Half-Life by Valve Software that, at last count, was downloaded over half a million times. He has also interacted with some of the biggest names in the game development industry: id Software, Valve Software, Raven Software, Digital Extremes and others.

Darklight Interactive was founded in early 2008, a direct result of our first ARG: Looking Glass Laboratories. We are located in South Florida, with our corporate office in South Miami, Florida.
